Telehealth Services and Location Requirement

All therapy services are provided via telehealth. You must be physically located in the state of Florida at the time of each session. Services cannot be provided if you are outside of Florida.

Fees, Payment, and Cancellation

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed and agreed.

If using insurance, you are responsible for understanding your coverage, including copays and deductibles.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
